Reenad Rafaqat proudly represented Pakistan as a Red Crescent volunteer from the PRCS AJK State Branch when she served in an International Youth Exchange Program, IYEP 2025 in Tokyo, Japan.
She promoted humanitarian values, community empowerment, and global cooperation, during which she addressed the climate crisis and other local and global challenges. As a pioneer student of Beginnings from the first group of learners, she inspired others through her dedication, leadership, and compassion.
